Solstice Farm began in 1962, when the first of three generations broke ground in the shale hills above the Wallkill River. Each season since, the family has saved seed from its best plants — a quiet tradition that turned forty acres of thin, stony soil into a living library of heirloom varieties. Today the same hands-on care shapes every share we harvest.
